2023 World Match Racing Tour Final in Shenzen, China🥉

A podium win for the history books as the first woman helm to make it to the semi finals! Megan Thomson and her team of Leo Takahashi, Nicholas Heiner and Niall Malone took down the number one ranked skipper to proceed to semis and take out 3rd place. What a way to wrap up the season!

2023 NZ Women's National Match Race Champions 🏆

It has been a while since we last match raced the Elliot 7s at the RYNZYS. But the Waitemata never disappoints and after 3 very different shifty, puffy days we were stoked to claim the national title!
Just two years ago we didn't have enough teams for a National Women's Championship, and now we're in awe of the depth in the NZ women's fleet. Excited for the future of women's sailing in NZ 🇳🇿🙌

RNZYS YTP Coaching Day ⛵️

We had such a fun time putting on a coaching session with the RNZYS Youth Training programme girls! It was cool to have the opportunity not only to get out for a yacht all together, but to chat about different pathways, opportunities and barriers within our sport!

On the podium of the WWMRT 🥉

Third on the 2023 Women's World Match Racing Tour! What an epic tour it's been and amazing to have rounded up the podium in 3rd although we unfortunately couldn't attend the tour finals in Denmark. This year has been a massive team effort and we're especially grateful to our new mvp team member 'Magic Marine Sailing' helping us perform all year round. 👕🧢
